SALES MANAGER

We are looking for a charismatic person to promote and sell OC’s design services. You will work in a multi cultural environment and you will be based in Guangzhou. You will build up and manage a strong client base, close design deals, attend design fairs, and develop new sales activities.

Job requirements
Professional skills

Professional working proficiency in both Chinese and English

Proven sales & negotiation skills in the field of design

Proven networking skills

Basic knowledge of design en production processes

Have your own existing client base is a plus

Personal skills

Pro active

Communicative and an excellent expectation manager

Be flexible and responsible

Working as a sales manager assistant for an international design company will give you experience dealing with a wide variety of clients and topics. You gain understanding of the product development process: how are new products being developed from the first idea up to launch. You will learn how to sell something that does not exist yet, which can be more challenging than selling snow to eskimos, but which is endlessly more fulfilling and rewarding than selling the same product over and over again.
