Turing Robot | Design for kids

Turing Robot wanted to create a new character for their toy humanoid hardware, and upgrade it with a LCD screen.

Our vision was to make it stand out from the competitive technical looking humanoids, and relate more with popular creatures in the movie industry, like Baymax and Eva from Wall-E . We gave it a chubby character, where the extra screen fits perfectly in his belly. Last, we kept it genderless and rendered it in different skin colors, in order to reach the maximum inclusive audience.

我们的愿景是让它从竞争激烈的技术型人形机器人中脱颖而出，并与电影行业中受欢迎的生物建立更多联系，如《瓦力》中的大白和伊娃。我们赋予它一个胖乎乎的角色，额外的屏幕完全适合他的腹部。最后，我们让它没有性别之分，并以不同的肤色呈现，以达到最大的包容性观众。
